Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) From the very depths of my wishlist - I proudly present this awesome EP, saved from oblivion by a lucky coincidence. The Bandcamp app is continually playing tricks on me, and this time it bubbled up a couple of age-old posts from my message feed, including a remark by Aaron Wheeler, announcing his brand-new EP, to be released on... er... May 8, 2020. That's four months in the past already! Nevermind, good to be reminded this way. Aaron Wheeler is a member of the "Lydian Collective", by the way. Favorite track: Celestia.

sumbuk This is Aaron Wheeler of Lydian Collective. Actually, he started out using the Laszlo moniker back in -2010 or '11, IIRC. This is all him, mostly with keys or pads. He does play guitar as well. If you enjoy the Lydian material, you'll like this as it's in the same pop/fusion style.

Murray Lynes Thank you sir for the awesome tunes.... 🎶☺️🎧😎 Favorite track: Bounce.

about

Press Start covers a genuinely diverse spectrum of styles: forward- thinking and intelligent electronic music, enveloping traditional routes as far back as Ancient Greece (such as his use of the Lyre), as well as influences which can be found in jazz, most prominently in the eye-watering keys solos peppered throughout the EP.
